Update Notes 0.4

-A new item called the "Prism"(better name eventually) can destroy shielded blocks with in a 50 pixel radius and you gain more power the more blanc fragments you obtain

-Inventory patch, if you tried to scroll through your inventory with no items it would end up crashing
